Rough first night home

It was a rough first night back home for our girl. She said she‘s going to give me one more chance tonight though. lol. Note to self: making a list of when to give her pain medicine and actually giving it to her, are two completely different things. Around 3:15am I believe we got her back on track though. Today is much better already. She has received all of her medications, has fresh bandages, been fed breakfast, and is on track to get all her suggested proteins for the day. The day so far is even mama approved. Thanks Marilyn! All kidding aside, Sonja is doing great and feeling good today.
